What we do with what you send.

1. What we collect

Through the contact form: your organisation, your name, the kind of organisation you are, your email address, your phone number (optional), and what you write to us. We also record the time of submission and your browser’s user-agent string.

2. Why we use it

We use it only to:

• reply to your enquiry;
• prepare a proposal, quote, or meeting;
• carry out work you commission from us.

We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing you did not ask for.

3. Who else sees it

Nobody, except where the law requires it. Submissions are stored in Google Workspace, operated by Google LLC, whose servers may be located outside Japan and outside your own country.

4. How long we keep it

Until it is no longer needed for the purposes above. If you want it deleted sooner, write to the address below and we will do it promptly.

5. Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below. We will confirm your identity and then act without undue delay. There is no charge.

6. Analytics

We may measure how the site is used. Nothing we collect for that purpose identifies you personally.

7. Material you give us for a project

Photographs, text, and source material you supply for a commission are used only for that commission. We publish work as a case study only with your prior permission, never by default.
